At Pila Beauty, your satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or an error occurred on our end.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
